Using a Promotional Code
If you have a promotional code to quote in order to make a saving on your purchase, simply follow the steps below:
- Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket (including any promotion items)
- On the order form, you'll see a box that says "Promotional Code".
- Enter your code into the box checking you have entered the code exactly as it appears on the offer letter or advertisement etc.
- Click the "Continue" button.
- The following screen will ask you for delivery address details and will show that the code has been applied.
- If you continue shopping or update your order, ensure that the promotional code is still in the box, and if necessary re-enter the code before clicking ‘Continue'.
- If you are concerned that the promotional code has not been applied as it should have been, please ring us on 01892 786401 (Monday-Friday 9-5.30) or send us an email quoting the relevant promotional code.
Ordering and Payment from the Naturally Páramo website
Once you have chosen the product and colour that you would like to purchase, simply choose the size before adding the product to your basket and moving to the checkout page. All online orders require a UK postcode and daytime phone number.
We are unable to process orders outside the UK at this time through the internet - if you would like to have an order delivered overseas, please call us on + 44 1892 786445 and we will endeavour to provide you with a mail order service.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, with the exception of American Express. When entering your credit/ debit card details, please ensure that the address you quote is the same as that held by your bank to avoid any delays in processing your order.
Páramo must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received Páramo will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Páramo's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
All charges are in UK pounds (£). Please be aware that prices displayed in your shopping basket are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are supplied subject to availability.
All prices on this website are for online purchases only and may differ from the Páramo London store and other retail outlets selling Páramo.
Páramo is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Our standard delivery charge is just £5.00 per order, no matter how many items you order. Delivery is free for orders of £250 or more. If your order is accepted before 2pm Monday-Friday, our aim is to despatch that afternoon for next working day delivery. Orders after 2pm and at the weekend will be despatched on the next working day, so should be with you within 2 working days. However, delivery times can increase to remote areas of the UK mainland. If certain items on your order are out of stock we will inform you, and should you wish for us to despatch the remaining items immediately if they are available, please let us know.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within thirty days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Páramo will arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Páramo at the time you make your order.

After years of experience we currently use a courier company for delivery within the UK, as we find that this consistently supplies the most cost-effective and efficient delivery service for customers. This method is fully secure and we can track and trace the order for you. Orders sent by courier require a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. Please ensure that we have a daytime telephone number as the courier company require this in order to assure delivery without delay.
If Páramo has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Páramo from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Páramo will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 28 days of your order. Páramo will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email notification when your order is despatched to you.
